Membership of the 100 Club is accepted on the conditions set out in the Rules below. Any queries or

correspondence relating to the 100 Club should be addressed to the administrator.

Rules

1 Membership

Membership of the 100 club is confined to members of the Caravan & Motorhome Club and

will consist of up to 100 members.

2 Payment

Each member to pay in by way of subscription to the 100 Club £10 per annum made before

the first draw. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash to the North

Yorkshire Centre Treasurer. Under no circumstances can a refund of payment be made.

3 Draws

There will be draws in respect of each of the ten

months from July to June (excluding

December and January), and one jackpot draw in November. Draws will take place at a

North Yorkshire Centre rally or social event.

4 Prizes

Prize money will be paid to the winners by the North Yorkshire Centre Treasurer. The value

of prizes will be determined by the North Yorkshire Centre committee and will be

dependent on the number of subscriptions sold.

5 Proceeds

All proceeds, after deduction of draw prizes, will be used at the discretion of the North

Yorkshire Centre committee to subsidise centre social events throughout the year.

6 Conditions

It is a condition of membership that the conduct of the draw and everything in connection

therewith and all arrangements relating thereto shall not give rise to any legal relationship,

rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, or to be legally enforceable, or to be the subject

of litigation. Any matter not covered by these rules or any questions of interpretation

thereof shall be decided by the North Yorkshire Centre committee.

Subscriptions - Payment of the annual subscription can be made by any of the following methods.

Payments must be made before the first draw in order to be included.
