Madam Chairs Message

I would like to welcome you all to our 2024 Rally Programme. Once again, we have a full programme with some new venues and back-to-back rallies.

It is always exciting to read the new rally book, especially all the hard work it takes to organise both the book and the rallies. I have to thank all of the officers and committee for their commitment to the centres organisation of this book, booking different rally venues and of course to the rally officers for their amazing support, who are all volunteers. Another great announcement is that we now allow tents onto the rally field, details are in the handbook. We have just changed our Facebook name to North Yorkshire Centre Caravan and Motorhome Club, please join us on there. It is a great opportunity to introduce new members, promote rallies and gives you all the chance to see how much fun we all have. Do not forget to log onto our website and send in any rally reports, photographs and special announcements. Please contact the webmaster if you would like to put anything onto the website.

I am very pleased to announce that we have full complement of officers and eight committee members this year. We would like to welcome two new young caravanners onto the current committee. They are all very keen to start fundraising for their chosen charity Daisy Chain.

Rallying is a great opportunity to meet up with old and new friends, please encourage new members to come onto our rallies, it is great fun rallying with the North Yorkshire Centre of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Being away is a time for us to relax, unwind, explore the local areas and create lasting memories. This rally book has a huge varied programme to suit every age group.

I wish each and every member the best of health for 2024 and hope you enjoy every rally you attend.
