Young Caravanners Notice
I’d like to thank all the Young Caravanners Committee and everyone who has supported them with donations for raffles and fundraising. At children’s sports flag, Paul our vice chair presented last years chosen charity https://www.supportdogs.org.uk/ with a cheque for £675.
We had the pleasure of being joined by Emma, her daughter Molly who has cerabal palsy and her dog Chess. Emma and Molly gave us all an insight to the benefits and support that Chess has given them. They were extremely grateful for the donation and the support they have received. I personally would like to thank you all but mostly the children’s committee. It’s not easy motivating children (who struggle to tidy their own rooms) to do this. Seeing and hearing first hand hopefully will motivate them and us more to support. This years charity is https://daisychainproject.co.uk/. I’m extreme proud of what they have achieved. Thank you kids.
There will be further updates on future fundraising and also some pictures of children’s sports which I have to say was outstanding.
Stuart - Young Caravanners Liaison Officer

Booking Rallies
We have been made aware that since removing deposits some bookings aren't been made correctly and rally officers are struggling to get the information they need. Here is a gentle reminder of rule 6 in the handbook.
Rule 6. A member shall book a rally by communicating their intention, in advance of their attendance, to the Rally Officer providing them with sufficient information as to their identity, time of arrival and type of unit. The full rally fee will be payable on arrival at the rally unless otherwise stated in the handbook for example – full fee when booking.
You are still more then welcome to use booking slips which are available to download from the website Booking forms
